Cancellation & ADA Policies

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

All cancellations must be made over the telephone with our Office. Email and Facebook cancellations are not accepted. Emails are only monitored during business hours.

 

Multi-day Tours

2017 Policies:

  • Full refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. For notice received within 30 days of the tour, a 10% fee plus prepaid amounts are assessed. No show on the day of the tour, no refund.

NEW Policies for 2018:

Full Refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. Within 8-30 Days, Full Refund less 10% fee  plus any Prepaid Amounts. Within 7 Days, No Refund or Transfers.  

 

One Day Getaways

2017 Policies:

  • Tours Without Tickets:

     Full refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. For notice received within 30 days of the tour, a Letter of Credit is issued in the amount of the tour minus any prepaid amounts. That original Letter of Credit may be used toward a future tour for up to one year from the date of issue. No show on the day of the tour, there is no refund or credit.

  • Tours With a Tickets:

    Full refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. For notice received within 30 days of the tour, there is no refund or transfer.

  • Tours without Tickets:

    Full Refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. Within 8-30 Days, Full Refund less 10% fee  plus any Prepaid Amounts. Within 7 Days, No Refund. No Transfers.

  • Tours with Tickets:

    Full Refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. Within 30 days of departure, Tours with Tickets are Nonrefundable.

 

American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Policy

·    Hagey Coach & Tours finds it a pleasure to serve our guests with disabilities.

·    We have made a commitment to follow ADA regulations.

·    Please let us know when you call how we can best accommodate you.

·    If you use a mobility device, we will need to know its weight, height and length. We will not be able to accommodate you on our wheelchair lift if the combined weight of yourself and the device exceeds the weight limitations of the lift, or if the device is greater than 30 inches wide  X  48 inches long.

·    We will contact agents and vendors working on our behalf on the tour to be certain they are able to meet your specific needs.

·    We require all passengers to be seated in a regular coach passenger seats or on their mobility device secured to the floor of the motorcoach. If available, you may transfer to a regular coach seat.
