Multi-Day TOURS
Proof of Citizenship  
For all tours to Canada, U.S. citizens must have a valid passport. Different requirements exist for non-USA citizens.
Cancellation
Full refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. For notice received within 30 days of the tour, a 10% fee plus prepaid amounts will be assessed. No show on the day of the tour, no refund.  Cancellation Insurance is recommended and available.   
Taxes & Gratuities  
Your tour rate includes all gratuities for porters and dining room staff on listed meals as well as appropriate taxes. Gratuities for drivers and local guides, although customary, are not a necessary tour expense.  If you wish, such appreciation should be extended on an individual basis and not as a group. Minimum recognized guidelines for Driver, $2.00 per person, per day.

ONE DAY GETAWAYS
Cancellation
One Day Getaways with a ticket: Full refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. For notice received within 30 days of the tour, there is no refund or transfer.  
One Day Getaways without a ticket: Full refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour.  For notice received within 30 days of the tour, a Credit Letter is issued in the amount of the tour minus any prepaid amounts. The original Credit Letter may be used toward a future tour for up to one year from the date of issue. No show on the day of the tour, there is no refund or credit.

ALL TOURS
Restrictions
Smoking, and drinking alcoholic beverages on the motorcoach are prohibited.Ample rest stops are made for your comfort.
Right to Remove  
Hagey Tours reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a tour participant, and to expel any tour participant from the tour, if it deems necessary to do so for the safety of other tour participants.
Responsibility  
HAGEY TOURS, INC ("HAGEY") acts only in the capacity of agent for transportation companies in all matters relating to transportation, whether by motorcoach, railroad, boat or other means; and agent for travel service companies and other suppliers in all matters relating to arrangements for other tour components, such as hotel accommodations, sightseeing and related services, entertainment, and other tour features.  Hagey, because of its status as agent and because it maintains no control over personnel, equipment or operations of these travel service suppliers, does not assume any responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity from whatever cause during a trip.  HAGEY recommends cancellation insurance.  HAGEY reserves the right to alter tour itineraries and tour components whenever HAGEY deems such change to be necessary.  

GIFT CERTIFICATES

• When Gift Certificates are mailed, we always leave the FROM section open. This way you can hand sign it when you receive it in the mail.
• Gift Certificates issued by Hagey Tours never expire.
• Gift Certificates can be applied to either One Day Getaways or Multi-day Tours.
• The actual Gift Certificate must be presented for it to be applied to a reservation. Copies can not be accepted.
• Lost Gift Certificates can not be replaced.
• The Gift Certificate does not have cash value.
• When a Gift Certificate is applied to a reservation and a balance remains on it, the Certificate is returned until it is used up.
