Every One Day Getaway reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking with a credit card when reserving on the website. Sorry, no deposits can be taken, nor can Gift Cards, Letters of Credit or Travel Certificates be applied for payment. Departure Points All One Day Getaways depart from both Franconia and Montgomeryville. Franconia offers secure, lit parking for all tours.

Tours with Tickets:
Full Refund is given for notice received 31 or more days prior to the tour. Within 30 days of departure, Tours with Tickets are Nonrefundable.
Rates Quoted per person includes round-trip motorcoach transportation, admission to listed attractions, and listed meals (noted as "included" in the description). Child rate is applicable for a child 12 years old or under.
Taxes & Gratuities Your tour rate includes all gratuities for dining room staff on listed meals as well as appropriate taxes. Gratuities for Drivers and local Guides, although customary, are not a necessary tour expense. If you wish, such appreciation should be extended on an individual basis and not as a group. Minimum recognized guidelines are $2.50-3.00 per person, per day.
Depending on how close you book a tour departure, you can either pay in full or deposit $50.00 per person with a credit card. Final payment is 45 Days prior to the Departure, except the Great Blaze which is due 60 Days prior to Departure. Partial payments, Gift Cards, Letters of Credit and Travel Certificates cannot be processed online. Please call our office during regular business hours to reserve to use alternate forms of payment.
For all tours to Canada, U.S. citizens must have a valid Passport or Passport Card (which is valid for 6 months beyond your departure date). You must show your Passport as you board the coach on departure day. If you fail to have a Passport, you are denied boarding and do not receive a refund. Permission to enter Canada and the USA is granted upon the presentation of a Passport at the border crossing. It is also important to know that a prior offense or past action on your record could result in non-entry into Canada. You should contact your local Congressperson if you have specific questions. Our coaches cannot be delayed at the border on your behalf if you are detained. Different requirements exist for non-USA citizens. Please consult with your country's embassy.

Right to Remove
Hagey Tours reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a tour participant, and to expel any tour participant from the tour, if it deems necessary to do so for the safety of other tour participants.
HAGEY TOURS, INC ("HAGEY") acts only in the capacity of agent for transportation companies in all matters relating to transportation, whether by motorcoach, railroad, boat or other means; and agent for travel service companies and other suppliers in all matters relating to arrangements for other tour components, such as hotel accommodations, sightseeing and related services, entertainment, and other tour features. Hagey, because of its status as agent and because it maintains no control over personnel, equipment or operations of these travel service suppliers, does not assume any responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity from whatever cause during a trip. HAGEY recommends cancellation insurance. HAGEY reserves the right to alter tour itineraries and tour components whenever HAGEY deems such change to be necessary.
Gift Cards issued by Hagey Tours never expire.
They can be applied to either One Day Getaways or Multi Day Tours in person or via the Mail.
When a Gift Card is applied to a reservation and a balance remains on it, the Gift Card is returned until it is used in its entirety.
The actual Gift Cards must be presented. No copies or receipts.
They do not have cash value.
They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
