- Depart for Aquidneck Island, now known as Newport, Rhode Island, the yachting capital
- Tour along the magnificent Ten Mile Drive, site of the Vanderbilt and Astor's "summer cottages"
- Tour the grand dame, The Breakers, 70 room Italian Renaissance villa
- Finish the afternoon aboard a classic Newport schooner for a Narragansett Bay

- Board the ferry for Block Island, with its rolling dunes, dazzling beaches and Victorian village
- Step back in time for lunch at a grand hotel on Block Island
- Free evening to explore the waterfront area with dinner, on your own
